How do I get more information on your land offerings?
Email or text is best to start. Email or text us what tracts you’re interested in, but more importantly what your land uses will be. Our land offerings potential uses vary from hike in hunting lands to cabin potential to homestead or residential lands to timberland investment tracts. The terrain and access can vary greatly so tell us what you’re requirements are first.
When buying land, what are the most important things I need to consider to be successful for my individual land wants and needs?
Great question! First make a plan and write it down because it will change as you begin to look at various land for sale. Your short plan should state the top 3 or 4 main reasons you want to own. Also write down other possible uses you could envision with your land. Things like forest landscaping, wildlife management, forestry, niche farming, homesteading, etc.
This plan will be your outline, but it will also provide the land agent valuable information. Until we know what you’re wanting to do with the land, its uses, location, etc, we can’t get started finding the right land for you.
