Jeff Parsons and their land groups were instrumental in the successful marketing and brokerage of our timberland holdings in West Virginia. Our land base consisted of 41,000 acres of hardwood timberlands they managed for us. For our sale it was a natural that they helped us sell what they had carefully managed over the years. These kind of land transactions can be complicated. They made the processes simple and straight forward throughout their forestry, land analytics and brokerage processes.
We have worked with Jeff Parsons and his land groups for almost 20 years now. Their land professionals and foresters have helped us acquire timberlands and farm lands and managed these lands for us after acquisitions. On our land sales side their group was always successful in on the marketing and brokering side of our land sales. It has been encouraging to watch their group grow and add more diversified land services to their mix over the years.
Our company operates multiple substance abuse rehabilitation and workforce placement facilities in Kentucky. We are excited about the new opportunities to work with Jeff’s new WVLandCo in Kentucky.
